Back to our home base: You can return the product based on the Returns Policy at our headquarters Monday to Friday 9:30am - 5pm, after calling us at 210 3416200.
From your Space: We receive the product for return with a charge of 5€ if it is a withdrawal (change of mind) and free of charge if it is a defective product or DOA.
Returns policy
You can return a product you bought if you simply change your mind or if you find a problem.
Refund conditions:
Product Problem (DOA): in case of malfunction, it is sufficient to return the product within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase. In cases of returns (DOA), provided that it is confirmed after a technical inspection that the malfunction is not due to misuse, the product will be replaced with a new one if available or another of the same or superior technical characteristics after consultation. It is at the company's discretion to refund the original purchase price in cases where there is no availability, the product has been sold at a special price, is of older technology, etc. The refund is made by cancelling the card charge or refunding the money by depositing it into an account.
Change of mind: The consumer (applicable to individuals) can return a product purchased directly simply because of remorse, change of mind based on the following terms:
The return must be made no later than fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase.
The returned product is in excellent condition in its original sealed packaging.
The purchase document must be presented by the person whose details appear on the document. If the purchase was made by card, the original of the receipt issued by the bank terminal must be presented.
PRODUCTS EXCLUDED FROM THE REFUND POLICY:
- Products that have had their packaging opened
- CDs, DVDs, applications that have been recorded and/or activated
- Products missing the serial number
- Computers and other products made to order (Built-To-Order)
If the conditions are met and the refund is accepted, the consumer is entitled to receive a credit note of equal value or a cash refund if the purchase was made with cash. If the purchase was made with a credit card, the transaction will be cancelled and the card will be credited accordingly.
The consumer is responsible to backup and delete any data (data) recorded or software installed on a hard disk or any other storage medium of the returned product. COMART S.A. shall not be liable for loss or disclosure of such data or programs.
In case of repeated returns or in case COMART S.A., at its discretion, considers that the consumer abuses the right of return or acts in bad faith, is entitled to refuse the return of the product even if the above terms and conditions are met.
COMART S.A. reserves the right at any time to abolish or modify its returns policy by publishing the relevant new terms and conditions on its website or store.
COMART S.A.'s return policy does not apply to defective products, which are covered by their respective warranties.
